I want to sign my child up for the field trips this summer, what do I need to do?

What is the Federal Tax Id Number for my Child Care Deduction?
We have registered for camp, now what do I do?
Please submit confirmation packet- this will include who is authorized to pick up your child, field trip permission slip, payment policy, as well as medical release/prescription medication form.
What should my child bring/wear?
Comfortable- athletic clothing, socks, tennis shoes (no sandals or heelys), water bottle, lunch (or money to purchase) and 2 snacks daily.
What should my child NOT bring to camp?
No foul language or any kind. No sharing of any food/snacks due to food allergies. No electronics (ie Ipods and or handheld games.) No cash in backpacks or lunch boxes, please bring to front desk in envelope with child’s name (this will be distributed upon parents directive.)
What are your drop off and pick up procedures?
All campers MUST be signed in and signed out each day. An adult must come in the building in order to drop-off or pick up your camper. Coaches will be located inside at the check in table/desk. No camper will be released until signed out by parent or guardian.
Each person will be REQUIRED to show a photo I.D. when picking up a camper.
If someone other than parent and/or guardian will be picking up a child on a given day, please be sure to list that person on the appropriate form of this camp packet. Your cooperation is appreciated!
I have a payment plan- when is the camp balance due?
Advance weekly payment for camp enrollment is required. On your child(ren)’s first day of attendance, payment is due for the next scheduled week of camp. Should you provide a credit card- we will automatically process the payment weekly.
Can my child be placed with their friend/sibling?
Absolutely- we accept special requests, please let us know. We group campers by age and special requests. Our purpose is to create the MOST comfortable (and fun) environment for your children!
What size group will my child be a part of?
Our groups range in sizes of 10-13 campers per counselor. We also have a team of CIT’s (counselors in training) that assist.
At Vetta Sports, we are extremely proud of our camp structure and staff. Campers are not the only ones who love camp so much they keep coming back. The counselors are certified teachers and/or college students with a strong background in sports and leadership with children.
How many weeks can I register my child for camp?
You can register for just one week or the entire summer! We have many campers that register for one week and end up registering for the remainder of the summer after their first day. (Subject to availability)
I want to sign my child up for the field trips this summer, what do I need to do?
We will hand out a permission slip on Monday of each week- we require that you turn it in along with payment no later than Wednesday for Friday Field Trips. (If field trip is on another day- we will modify.)
Who provides transportation for your Field Trips?
First Student provides the roundtrip transportation.
How long has Vetta been running Camp Programs?
Since 1989- overall, at our St. Charles facility- since 2000.

You will receive an email receipt upon registering for camp- please keep for tax purposes.
Our Federal Tax Id: 43-1802222.
I need to change a week of Camp, what is your policy?
Changes to camp registration - you may reschedule a week of camp with 10 days written notice as long as space is available (no fee charged). If any changes results in a loss of camp days in any given week then a $25 change fee will be accessed. (i.e. full week to partial week).
