Red Class (ages 8-12): This is for a player new to tennis who has limited playing experience and is still working primarily on getting the ball over the net within the court boundaries, and has very limited knowledge of stroke mechanics.

White Class (by level): This is fo a player who may have had lessons but needs experience particularly with backhand and serve.  This class is for the individual who can keep play moving and is beginning to understand the procedures for singles and doubles play.

Blue Class (by level):  This player has more dependable strokes, is learning to judge where the ball is going, and can direct shots with moderate success.  He/she can sustain a slow pace rally, but isn't comfortable with all strokes.  He/she has weak court coverage and lacks control when trying to use more power.  This level of player is developing a net game, and is starting to serve with some power, spin, and control.

Black Class (by level):   This is for the player who has dependable strokes on both forehand and backhand, has begun to master the use of power and spins, can place first and second serves, and is able to use a variety of shots including lobs, overheads, approach shots, and volleys.  Frequently, this player has an outstanding shot or consistency around which his/her game may be structured.
