In order to participate in one of our leagues, classes, or camps each person must sign the Vetta Sports waiver and pay the registration fee.

Cost of the registration fee:

Individual: $20.00
Family: $25.00
Family Upgrade: $5.00

There are two simple ways to sign the waiver and pay the registration fee.

1.  Sign it electronically by going to  and completing the form online.

2.  Visit our facility and fill out the paper form.  If you fill out the paper form you will still have to accept the waiver once you sign into .
