Q. I've never been to
....what do I need to do?
A. Click here to be taken to our login page. If you are an existing customer (that is you have played at one of our facilities with in the 5 years) then you probably have an account that is tied to the email address you provided us when you registered. If you are a new customer then you must enter an email address to begin the registration process

Q. Can I use any email address to sign in?
A. No, if you you are not a new customer then you must use the email address that you provided us when you signed up for your league, class, or camp.

Q. What if I can't remember which email I provided?
A. Give us a call at 618.688.1547 and we will let you know which email address you used.

Q. Can I change my information in MySAM?
A. Yes, MySAM allows you to edit your information including phone numbers, address, and email account.

Q. How can I add my child to my account?
A. If you have an existing account then you need to do one of two things: Call us at 618.688.1547 or email us at ofallon@vettasports.com and let us know your name, your childs name, and their date of birth. Most email request will be completed withing 24 hours.

Q. Is MySAM a secure website?
A. Yes! This site uses SSL, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard for protecting web data. All information sent over from your computer to ours is encrypted.

Q. How do I get myself or my child added to a team's roster.
A. Once your team captain/manager turns in the team roster we will make sure each player gets placed on the team.
