New Team Member- Stephanie Rowden

Stephanie brings a wealth of sports knowledge to the ISL Manager position at the Manchester location. Born in St. Louis, Stephaine is a proud Marquette Mustangs graduate. span class= il Stephanie /span went on to become a two-sport college athlete, having played for Meramec Community College as well as Missouri Baptist University as a soccer and basketball phenom. Playing two sports while attending college helped her understand and prosper in time management and understanding team roles.

After leaving Missouri Baptist, Stephanie worked in accounting at Panera Bread corporate office. Stephanie’s true passion though is working with others and coaching, so she joined the non-profit organization, BCI. Boone Center, Inc. specializes in providing job opportunities for adults with disabilities. In her role, she managed a team of enthusiastic workers by assisting them with resume building and assigning them to community based corporate positions. She led her employees to successful job placements and still holds many of her employees close to her heart.

Stephanie has worked with young athletes as a coach and camp counselor for Lou Fusz Soccer, Elite Performance, Comets and Esprit softball organizations. With her goal of always putting others ahead of herself, Stephanie raised over $3000 for St. Baldrick s Foundation in March of 2018 and shaved her golden locks to be made into wigs for kids with cancer. Stephanie’s passion lies in the ability to instill change in a positive manner for all the athletes she meets.

Stephanie is a proud mother of her five-year old son, Wyatt. In her free time, she loves to hike, listen to music, enjoy the great outdoors, volunteer, attend church and of course sing shower karaoke!!!

Fun fact: Stephanie can out eat the majority of people. On her first date with her boyfriend she ate two double cheeseburgers, a tray of wings, cheese fries and of course a banana split. (Yes he still stayed with her…and yes she was still hungry!)
