Summer Camp Registration

Your registration has been received! Someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible to finalize your camp registration.

In the mean time, please email a photo of your child to [email protected] to be used for their player card, or stop by our office to have their photo taken. We'd like to get their photo at least 1 week before they show up for camp.

Camp Location


Camp costs are $162 per-week* and $42 per-day. Daily registrations limited to a single Tuesday are $52 due to the additional staff needed for field trips on those days. Extended care (6:30am - 6:00pm) is $7 per-day.
Multi-child Discount: $3 off per day for any additional children.
Registrations after 5pm CST on Friday for camp beginning the following Monday will be charged a $5 rush administrative fee per child.

You may only add additional children if they are attending the exact same days, otherwise you'll need to fill out separate forms for each child.

Extended care runs from 6:30am - 6:00pm each day. The cost is $7 per-day.

Policies & Agreements


Payment Policy

Advance weekly payment for camp enrollment is required. On your child(ren)'s first day of attendance, payment is due for the next scheduled week of camp. In addition:

  • If changes are needed, they must be made in writing two (2) weeks prior to scheduled day. Additional requests (such as signing up for additional days) can be made at any time, with no change fee, but must be approved by camp management.
  • Any change after initial registration will be assessed a $3.00 charge per-day/week changed. (Depending if registered as part-time or full-time camper)
  • No refunds will be issued for dropped or missed days. If your child is ill or does not show up for a registered day of camp, you are still responsible for that day's fees. switches can be made with a two week notice.
  • Full payment is due, in advance, for each registered week or day of camp. If you choose not to attend, the full balance is still due.
  • Extended care fees will start at 4:00 PM. If your child is picked up after 4:00 PM and not registered for extended care we will add the fees to your account.
  • The latest pick-up from camp is 6:00 PM. There will be a charge of $1.00 per minute per child after 6:00 PM. This will be strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
  • Change requests of any kind (including additional days) must be either dropped off, faxed, or emailed to [email protected] No changes will be accepted over the phone.

Camp Rules

Our goal is to provide the safest possible environment, so that your children can be comfortable and enjoy their camp experience! To achieve this, we've developed a list of rules that we'd like you and your child to review prior to attending camp. It's important that you and your child understand these rules and the fact that they will be strongly enforced.

  • Foul language including racial and/or gender orientation is not allowed.
  • Violent conduct or the threat of violent conduct is not allowed.
  • Damage to the club or another child's personal property is not allowed.
  • Staying in assigned group or area is required.
  • Theft is not allowed.
  • No sharing of food/snacks due to food allergies.
  • "Bullying" towards other children will not be tolerated.
  • The use of electronic devices is not allowed.

Unacceptable behavior from children may result in a phone call or written notice to the parents. If violations occur, your child may be immediately dismissed without refund.


Field Trip Permission

I give my child(ren) permission to participate in any of the field trips/outings during their scheduled week(s) at Vetta Sports' Summer Camp. There may be a fee for each outing to cover the cost of admission/equipment rental and transportation.

Transportation will be provided by First Student Transportation Service (formerly Laidlaw).

If your child does not wish to participate, regular scheduled activities will take place. If your child signs up and pays for the field trip he/she will be require to attend.

By signing this form you are giving your child permission to attend. Payment made in cash will secure your spot for that particular event. If you choose not to send your child on a particular field trip, simply do not pay for that event.


Authorization for Emergency Medical Care

I understand that I will be notified at once in the case of an accident or illness to my child, and I will make arrangements for medical care for my child with the physician and hospital of my choice. If I cannot be reached to make the necessary arrangements, or it is a critical emergency requiring immediate medical care, I hereby authorize Vetta Sports to take my child to the nearest hospital.

The following person(s) may pick up my child(ren) from Vetta Sports' Summer Camp.

Note: These people will be required to show a valid driver's license when picking up your child. Please notify the below people of this policy.

You'll be charged in full for the first week of camp. Additionally, each registered week of camp requires a $25 non-refundable deposit (per-week, per-child). At this time, your card will be charged $50 which will be applied to your total camp registration cost.
