Celebrating our Referees of the Month for April
Each month, we recognize a few standout referees who go the extra mile on and off the field. These individuals reflect the Vetta Way by showing up with a great attitude, building strong relationships with players, and making sure every game is safe and fun. Let’s hear it for our April Referees of the Month!
🌟 Mike – Manchester
After taking a short break from reffing, Mike jumped right back in like he never left. He takes time to connect with every player, from youth leagues to adult matches. His energy and approachability make him a favorite among players of all ages.
🌟 Kevin – Concord Youth
New to the team this year, Kevin quickly proved to be a natural. His knowledge of the game, calm communication style, and reliability have made him a standout referee in our youth programs. He’s also quick to help when extra coverage is needed—thank you, Kevin!
🌟 Shane – St. Charles Adult
Shane has built a great rapport with our adult players. He’s friendly, fair, and keeps safety a top priority while ensuring everyone enjoys their time on the field. It’s no surprise our customers love having him around!
🌟 Rob – St. Charles Youth
Rob is a true asset to our youth leagues. With tons of patience and a passion for helping players grow, he goes out of his way to make sure kids are learning, improving, and most of all—having fun.
🌟 Josh – Soccerdome Adults
Always willing to step up and help, Josh has recently taken on extra shifts to support the team. He’s committed to improving, asking great questions, and learning from others. A long-time member of the Vetta crew, Josh continues to lead by example.
🌟 Jay – Concord Adults
Jay has been a loyal referee at Vetta for more than a decade. Whether indoors or out, he shows up prepared and professional. He even brings his own pinnies for teams in need—and washes them afterward! That’s the kind of dedication we love to see.
