The following employees were nominated by their facility because they exemplify the Vetta Way of doing things!
Power Haus (Columbia, IL) Bree started working for our Power Haus facility in December of 2012. She works in many different capacilities (Food & Beverage, Referee and more!). Her nominating managers feel that Bree is a great employee…Bree is always early for her shifts. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is completed and will help out any others that may need help. She has set an example for all the other employees to strive for. Way to go Bree!
CONCORD (PRIVATE SIDE) Brenna has worked on our private side since December of 2013 assisting our Fitness and Tennis Center Clients. Her nominating managers report…Brenna is AWESOME! They say she dives right in and gets the job done with a smile. She is a huge help around the tennis and fitness center. Even though she is fairly new, she has gotten to know our members pretty well and is always willing to go the extra mile for them. Way to go Brenna!
CONCORD (SOCCER) Mark started coaching our Instructional Soccer Leagues (aka ISL ) at our Concord facility in 2010. His nominating managers feel that Mark is a great employee… He is very passionate about his work and teaching the kids how to play. He is one of our top requested coaches. Way to go Mark!
CONCORD (Food & Beverage) Jarrid started working in our Food and Beverage Department in October of 2013. His nominating managers feel that Jarrid deserves this honor because….Jarrid is always on time, willing to take extra shifts and makes you feel like you are his number one priority. Way to go Jarrid!
Manchester (party player) Madeline started working birthday parties at our Manchester facility in May of 2013. Her nominating managers feel that she is an asset to their team because… Madeline constantly has a smile on her face and provides a great time for the kids regardless of being a Party Player or a Party Coordinator. She just graduated and is leaving us for University of Arkansas; hopefully we can find more like her!. Way to go Madeline – we’ll miss you, best of luck in Arkansas!
O’Fallon, IL (MULTI ROLE) Clayton has worked on our O’Fallon location since May of 2013 in a variety of capacities. His nominating managers report…Clayton wears many hats and does not complain when he has to work at the last minute. Clayton worked a lot of hours at the last minute due to employees calling in sick with flu and Coach Dave asked him to work at the last minute with the ISL program. He is always smiling and kind to all and willing to go the extra mile for everyone. Way to go Clayton!
Soccerdome (Food & Beverage) Marcus has worked at Soccerdome since September of 2013 in our Food amp; Beverage Department. His nominating managers report… Marcus is a great and dependable employee. He is very reliable for covering shifts for people who are unable to work. He also does everything that he is asked with a smile. He also exhibits the Vetta Way attributes on a regular basis. He also goes above and beyond while at work just to make sure that the place looks great. Way to go Marcus!
St. Charles (F00D & BEVERAGE) Allyson has worked at Vetta Sports St. Charles since October of 2012 in our Food & Beverage Department. Her nominating managers report…Ally is always smiling and willing to help the customers. She is very dependable and takes initiative without being told. Ally always keeps the facility looking good. Way to go Ally!
